About the role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and set an example in terms of commitment, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a sales associate for our garden department, focusing on garden machinery and grills.

Your main tasks will primarily consist of sales and advising customers. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that the customer can complete their project.

Examples of tasks

Active sales of the product range within garden and garden machinery
Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience in the product area
Responsible for incoming goods and displays as well as for renovations and reconstructions in the department
Analyze the department's product presentation
Assist in other departments as needed

Your profile

High school education or equivalent and experience in retail
Relevant work experience/education in gardening and garden machinery
Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
Realize the customer's project through professional advice on our wide product range
As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
It is an advantage if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4)
